RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted for a Store Credit Gift Card or an Exchange within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original condition and original packaging, including tags, clear packaging and Darci Dawn mailer bag.
Email info@darcidawn.com with your name and order number to initiate a return. Do not send any items back with out first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.
Darci Dawn does not cover the cost of returning items. All details for a return will be provided once your request is approved.
Please keep in mind that we do not assume any responsibility if the return parcel is lost in transit and does not arrive.
Although all of our items pass through quality control checks, we understand that very occasionally one may slip through. If you receive a wrong or faulty item please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item.
